Exhibitors area

Everything you need as an exhibitor at the Great British Shooting Show 2027 – the documents to submit, the build-up and break-down schedule, stand graphics, wristbands, the marketing kit and the site rules. Please read through it carefully and refer back to it whenever you need to. If anything is unclear, get in touch and we will happily help.

Documents

The paperwork we need before the show

Some of this applies to every exhibitor, some only to certain stands. Unsure which documents you need to fill out? Contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Marketing

Tell people you are coming

All exhibitors should feature the British Shooting Show logo and assets across their social media and marketing channels as soon as they book. It raises awareness of your brand and of your participation in the show.

Marketing your attendance is in your best interest. The more visitors at the event, the more potential customers at your stand. We are working hard to market the show to both visitors and the trade, but we need you to play your part too.

If you don't tell your customers and target audience that you are attending, how will they know? We are promoting the whole event, but you can help yourself by getting involved.

Ready-to-use marketing assets

  • Be proactive and advertise your attendance throughout the year. Don't just book and wait.
  • The more people we can all attract, the better the show will be for everyone.
  • We have done the hard work for you – graphics sized for stories, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, your website and print. Quick, easy and free.

Help us help you by promoting the show from the very moment you book. Yes, we mean now.

Stand graphics and printing

Make your stand stand out

All stands come with a shell scheme as standard, unless requested otherwise. This versatile, modular system provides a clean canvas to showcase your brand. Walls are constructed from white Foamex panels, ready to be transformed. Elevate your stand by adding custom graphics through our approved contractor, Anchor Exhibitions, using the options below.

Printing and installation is handled by our trusted partner, Anchor Exhibitions. Contact Stuart to book.

Your exhibitor listing

Get found before the doors open

We list exhibitors on this website as soon as they supply their details, and we want your listing to be perfect. It is simple to set up – just provide the details and we will take care of the rest.

We cannot add or update listings after 15 January 2027, so please submit your details before then.

What to send us

  • Business name – tell us what you want visitors to see.
  • Business website – so visitors can click through to you.
  • Logo – recommended size 1,000px square.
  • A short description of what you do and the brands you carry.

Send everything to mark.cowling@twsgroup.com

Show schedule

Build-up, show days and break-down

The show does not use Voyage Control. Due to the high-security measures in place for the event, we will not be using the NEC's Voyage Control system – follow the instructions here instead. When you arrive at the NEC campus, follow the illuminated signs for "Shooting Show" and proceed to the North 12 (N12) car park. A British Shooting Show team member will greet you with further instructions, and your staff passes will be issued at this stage.

Shell scheme

The Octanorm shell scheme

Stands at the show are constructed using the Octanorm shell scheme, provided by our partner Anchor Exhibitions. It offers a blank canvas for you to showcase your brand and products exactly as you want. The scheme consists of metal support beams forming the frame and white Foamex panels making up the walls.

For full schematics, including dimensions, download the PDF. You can also contact Anchor Exhibitions directly with any queries by phone on 01455 612341 or by email at admin@anchor-exhibitions.co.uk.

Upgrade options for your stand

  • Banner rail – adds 0.6m of vertical height on top of your fascia panel, so you can attach graphics or a banner. Dimensions: the width of your stand frontage x 0.6m high.
  • Open corner – where available, you can opt for two open faces on your stand. Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with a 10% premium on your booking fee. Subject to availability.
  • Custom graphics – personalise your stand with custom-printed panels. See stand graphics and printing above.

If you would like to book any additional extras, please contact us as early as possible.

Wristbands

Your wristbands are your responsibility

Your stand booking includes pre-numbered wristbands, allocated based on your floor space. If you need additional wristbands they must be purchased in advance at an additional fee – they cannot be bought at the show. Lost, broken or damaged wristbands must be replaced at £45 plus VAT per wristband.

Standard wristband allocations for regular stand sizes, in metres. If multiple wristbands are lost or reported missing, a law enforcement officer may be sent to your stand to investigate – this measure is in place to maintain the security of the show for all involved. Failure to comply with event security rules may result in exclusion from the show. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us uphold the highest security standards for all exhibitors and visitors.

Furniture hire

Tables, chairs and stand essentials

We are pleased to offer exhibitors a convenient and reliable furniture hire service, provided by our trusted partner Inspire Hire. Whether you need tables, chairs, display units or other stand essentials, they offer a range of options to help you create a professional and inviting space.

For more details or to book, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity to ensure availability. Call 01455 234919 or email sales@inspirehire.co.uk.

Beware of scams

The British Shooting Show has only partnered with Inspire Hire for furniture hire and Anchor Exhibitions for shell scheme services.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be a preferred supplier for the show, please note this is not the case and may be a scam. If you are ever in doubt, get in touch with us directly to verify a supplier. Your security and peace of mind are our priority.

Hall access and break-down

Vehicles, loading and packing up

Your cooperation ensures a smooth, secure, efficient and successful exhibition experience for everyone. Thank you for your support.
