Need help with tickets?

Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while attending the show.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe and responsible environment for all.

Your tickets are sent by email after purchase. You can show your ticket on your smartphone screen or print it at home, both are accepted.

Our team simply scans the QR code on your ticket, whether it’s displayed on a phone or printed.

iPhone users may also choose to add their ticket to Apple Wallet.

We do not currently offer concessionary ticket rates. All visitors require a standard admission ticket.

The NEC Birmingham provides accessibility facilities for visitors with reduced mobility.

Exhibitors and stand builders must comply with venue accessibility standards when designing and constructing their stands.

Need help with a ticket booking?

If you cannot locate your ticket confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder first, as automated ticket emails can occasionally be filtered there.

Our team is happy to assist with any ticketing enquiries, from locating a misplaced ticket to re-sending your confirmation email. We’re always happy to help ensure you have everything you need ahead of your visit.

While we can assist with existing bookings and answer any questions you may have, we are unfortunately unable to place ticket orders on your behalf.

Please note that all tickets are issued digitally via email. You are welcome to print your tickets at home if you prefer, however we do not send physical tickets by post.
